Terms of Use

Last updated 31 October 2026

These terms govern your use of Sandtable, a study service for the UPSC NDA-NA Competitive Examination, operated by Nav Shikhar Ventures ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

Who may use this

You need an account to practise. When you create one we ask for your date of birth, once.

If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian, and by using it you confirm you have that consent. A parent or guardian may write to us at any time to ask what we hold about their child, or to have the account closed.

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share your sign-in with anyone else.

What you are paying for

Practice beyond the free allowance requires a Plus subscription. A subscription gives you access to the service for the period you bought, at the price shown at the time of purchase. It renews only if you buy it again — nothing charges you automatically, and there is no card kept on file for that purpose.

We may change prices. A change never affects a subscription you have already bought.

What we do not promise

We prepare and check this material carefully, and it is still study material rather than an authority. Questions, answers, worked solutions and difficulty gradings can contain mistakes, and a topic breakdown of your practice is a description of your practice rather than a prediction of your result. Nothing here is an official publication of the Union Public Service Commission, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UPSC in any way.

If you think an answer is wrong, tell us — there is a report control on every question, and a wrong answer that is confirmed is withdrawn from the bank.

We do not promise or assure a subscriber for confirmed selection in the NDA-NA examination conducted by the UPSC, instead the we make an endeavour to support a subscriber / candidate's preparation through updating the content regularly and providing a wide spectrum of problems for their wholistic and consistent practice for the target examination.

How you may use the material

The questions of past papers are public record. Our worked solutions, hints, topic structure and everything else on the service are ours, and your subscription is permission to use them for your own study.

The content is a property and copyright material of NAV Ventures, any reproduction of the same through downloading, copying, printing or any other method wahtsoever will be liable for immediate closure of the subscriber account without any refund, followed by legal proceedings under provision of BNS-2023. Please do not copy the material, republish it, sell it, or use automated tools to download it. Please do not attempt to break, overload or circumvent the service, or to reach parts of it that are not yours.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion is described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for a reason that is not your fault, we will refund the unused part of it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including any examination outcome.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes, and the law that applies

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last changed. If a change is significant we will say so in the app rather than leaving you to notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hisar, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
